Daily routine
Built around a full-time job: about 8–10 hours of learning a week, one full rest day, and enough sleep. Small and steady beats long weekends.
Work day (5 days a week)
- Wake at the same time every day. 10 minutes of movement. No phone for the first 30 minutes.
- Learning slot: 45–60 minutes, before work if you can, while your brain is fresh. Phone in another room. Do one Pace task.
- At work: protect 2 deep-work blocks. Eat lunch away from the desk.
- End of work: write tomorrow's top 3, then close Slack.
- Move for 30–45 minutes, 3 days a week: gym, walk or sport.
- News: 15 minutes with a timer, after dinner.
- Screens off 1 hour before bed. Sleep 7–8 hours.

- One 3-hour block in the morning for "build" tasks.
- A short break every 50 minutes.
- The rest of the day is free. Really free.
Rest day (one weekend day)
- No learning, no Slack, no LinkedIn.
- Family, friends, outside, hobbies.
- This day is what makes Month 6 possible.
Weekly review (30 minutes)
Same time every week, for example the evening before your first work day.
- Tick finished tasks in Pace. Fix done dates if needed.
- Read the status card. Behind? Look at the hours per week you need.
- Pick next week's 5 learning slots and 1 build block.
- Pick one LinkedIn or GitHub action.
Rules
- Never miss twice. Missed a day? The next one is not optional.
- The minimum day is 15 minutes. Tired days still count.
- Behind? Never cut sleep. Cut scope, or add a little time and check the new forecast.
- One fully offline day, every week.
- Holidays are planned, not failures. Nowruz is already in Pace; add your own trips in Settings.
- Work time is for work. Learn at work only when it is real work: specs, design docs, talks.
